CRM configuration is for CRM admins.
Who sees which opportunities
CRM users see only the opportunities they own; CRM admins see the whole team’s. Set each person’s level in Roles & app access.
Stage probabilities
Used for expected revenue and the forecast. Won is 100% and lost 0%; a salesperson can still adjust one opportunity.
