You pay for each person in your company's Senots account. People who only sign your documents never count, and signing is always free for them.

Nothing is deleted. Signed documents stay, your logo and colour come back if you upgrade again, and Business-only steps stop working on new sends.

Yes. Cancel in Manage billing; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
