This document has three parts:
- Part A, the Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure that Recipients can read from the signing page;
- Part B, the consent text shown in the signing page today; and
- Part C, the short signer notice shown with the links in the signing page footer.
It is published with the Senots Sign Service Terms (the "E-Signature Terms"), which set out the Customer's obligations. Defined terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service and the E-Signature Terms. Part A is written for Recipients and uses plain words.
Part A. Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure
Someone has sent you a document to read, approve or sign through Senots Sign, an electronic-signature service operated by DDR Solutions Inc. ("DDR"). The business or person that sent it is the sender. This disclosure is given to you on the sender's behalf. Please read it before you agree.
1. What you agree to
If you tick "I agree to use electronic records and signatures", you agree that:
- the sender may give you this document, and notices about it (such as reminders, expiry warnings and the signed copy), electronically, through the signing page and by email, instead of on paper; and
- the signature or initials you type, draw or upload, and your clicks to sign or approve, are your electronic signature. They have the same effect as a signature written by hand, and you intend them to sign or approve this document.
You do not have to agree. If you do not want to use electronic records and signatures, do not tick the box. You can decline instead (section 4), or contact the sender to arrange another way to sign.
2. What your agreement covers
Your agreement covers this document only: the document you were sent, notices about it, and your signed copy. It does not cover other documents from the same sender or from anyone else. Each new document asks for your agreement again.
3. Getting a paper copy
- You can ask the sender for a paper copy of the document at any time, before or after you sign. Their name and email address are on the signing page and in the email you received, and replying to that email goes to them. Senots support staff cannot send documents, so the person named is never Senots staff. If you started the document yourself from a public link, the signing page and emails show only the company's name, with no sender name or email address and no reply-to. Senots Sign gives you no way to contact the sender from that page, and no emails are sent to you. You can download the document from the signing page, including before you agree, and print your downloaded copy, and you can ask the company for a paper copy by contacting it directly, outside Senots Sign. If you don't want to sign electronically, you can decline. Senders using Senots Sign have agreed to give paper copies free of charge.
- You can download the document from the signing page before you sign, and download the signed PDF when everyone has signed. When everyone has signed, you will also receive an email with the signed PDF attached (if it is 10 MB or smaller) or available through your signing link. You can print either.
- Asking for a paper copy does not by itself withdraw your agreement.
4. Withdrawing your agreement
- Before you sign, you can withdraw at any time by choosing Decline on the signing page. You can tell the sender why. The document is then closed, and nobody can sign it. There is no fee.
- The consequence of withdrawing is that this document cannot be completed electronically. The sender may contact you to complete it another way.
- After you have signed, withdrawing your agreement does not undo the signature you already gave or the electronic records already provided to you. Contact the sender if you have concerns about a document you signed.
5. What you need
To open, sign and keep the document electronically, you need:
- a computer, tablet or phone with internet access;
- a current version of a common web browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, with JavaScript turned on;
- an email address you can open, to receive the link, reminders and your signed copy;
- a program that opens PDF files (most browsers and phones can), to view, save or print your copy; and
- storage space to save the PDF, or a printer, if you want to keep a copy.
If you can read this page and see the document on the signing page, your device meets these requirements.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from opening or keeping your document, the change will apply to new documents only, and you will be shown the updated disclosure and asked to agree again.
6. Keeping your contact details up to date
The sender uses the email address they entered for you. If it is wrong or changes before you sign, tell the sender. They can correct it, and a new link will be sent (the old one stops working). DDR cannot change your details for the sender.
7. What is recorded about you, and who sees it
To show who signed and when, Senots Sign records for the sender:
- when you agreed, opened, signed, declined or handed on the document;
- your IP address and your approximate location (city, region and country), which our hosting provider works out from your IP address;
- your browser and device type, and the time zone your browser reports;
- the signature and initials you apply, the information you enter, and any files you attach.
When everyone has signed, a certificate of completion is added to the signed PDF. It shows each person's name, email address, signature and initials, identity check, IP address and approximate location, times and device. It also shows the name and email address of the sender, as recorded when the document was sent, and they do not change afterwards. (For a document already out for signature when Senots Sign began showing the sender's email address, they are recorded the first time after that when the document is emailed, viewed or certified.) Senots Sign has checked that the sender controlled that email address when they signed in, but not who they are. The name is set by the sender or their company (for example, from its HR records); if there is none, or Senots Sign refuses it, only the email address is shown. If you started the document from a public link, the certificate shows the company's name and no sender. Everyone on the document receives the signed PDF with this certificate, so the other people on the document will see these details about you. Files you attach are seen only by the sender's team and are not added to the PDF.
The sender decides how long the document is kept. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled and how to ask about it.
8. Languages
The signing page is available in English, French and Spanish. The document itself is in the language the sender chose.
9. The laws that apply
This disclosure is given under the laws that apply to you and to the document, which may include the US Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and your state's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act; Canada's provincial and territorial electronic commerce acts and Part 2 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act; Quebec's Act to establish a legal framework for information technology; Colombia's Ley 527 de 1999 and Decreto 2364 de 2012; and Mexico's Código de Comercio. Some documents cannot be signed electronically by law. The sender is responsible for deciding whether this document can be.

Part B. Consent text shown in the signing page
The signing page shows the following text before a Recipient can open the fields to sign. The Services record the time of agreement, the consent version (currently v2-2026-10) and the language the text was shown in (English, French or Spanish) for each Signer. The Services keep the exact text of each version in each language.

|---|---|
| Plain summary | By signing, you agree that your electronic signature counts the same as one written by hand. |
| Disclosure line | {company} sends this document electronically. You can ask the sender for a paper copy, and you can stop at any time by declining. Your agreement covers this document only. |
| Checkbox | I agree to use electronic records and signatures |
| "Read the full terms" (consent statement, also stored with the record) | I agree that my typed name and drawn signature are my electronic signature, and I sign this document. |
| Confirmation before finishing | You agreed to use electronic records and signatures. Your signature will be applied where you placed it. |
Part A is consistent with this text and explains it more fully. The signing page links Part A before a Recipient agrees, and shows Part C in the footer.
Part C. Signer notice
